Men and women should be paid the same amount

Why do men get paid more than women? This question has been asked hundreds of times, and it’s true, why do men get paid more than women?  This is something that hasn’t been answered so im here to try persuade you.

The gender pay gap is a high indicator of the difference between women and men’s earnings.  While there are some exceptions in New Zealand today, women are more likely to be fixed in a smaller range of jobs and at the bottom or middle of an organization

Most of the time women are actually working just as hard or maybe even harder than men and still don’t get the same recognition as them. Look at it this way, say that a lady is working at a high paying job like a dentist or something and a man works in a lower paying job, men will still get a higher paycheck, it’s unfair and it needs to be changed.

Most women usually get a lower paying job rather than men where they get scholarships to being a Meteorologist or even part of Nasa. In my opinion, this is just sexist because sometimes women work 2 jobs at once like let's say Pak n save and are making around $1586 a week where men get around $3,500 a week working at the same jobs, on the same hours and same days. if this doesn't get stopped now then I don't think it's ever going to be stopped.

at the end of the day, men and women should be paid the same amount because it's not fair that men are more privileged than women even though women are working just as hard as men and getting less money.
